Shark 100 Filter

Shark filters are made of polyester and characterized by a high resistance structure offering a high bacterial filtration capacity thanks to the Biocerapond substrate.

This substrate has been specially studied to allow a bacterial development clearly superior to other filters (up to 3000 m2 /m3).

This type of filter operates in pumping mode: it is the simplest system to implement and therefore the most widespread.

A pump submerged in the pool pushes the water into a UV sterilizer then into the filter where it undergoes a double mechanical and biological filtration.

The purified water returns naturally by gravity (pipe with a slope). This system can be adapted using a dry or submerged pump.

This filter can also operate in gravity mode: in this case, the water enters the filter by gravity via a skimmer and a bottom drain (110 mm pipes).

A pump sucks it out of the filter to push it back into the pool after passing through a UV sterilizer. The main advantage of this technique lies in the absence of visible pipes or pumps in the pool and the fact that the filter can be placed in a buried technical room.

This method of filtration is the most effective!

Filtration method

Pumping mode: all models can be used in pumping mode.

Only SANS Sieve models can be used in gravity mode. Indeed, the Sieves offered here are of the pumping type: to switch to gravity, you then need a gravity grid prefilter offered on the site in the prefiltration section).
