PondGard EPDM from Elevate is a waterproofing membrane made of very high quality EPDM synthetic rubber, designed to withstand the ravages of time. Its excellent resistance to UV, high temperatures, oxidation and frost allows the PondGard EPDM membrane to maintain its mechanical properties for countless years, even when exposed to the elements. Projects installed for over 40 years and still functional attest to this durability.

Robust

With a thickness of 1.0 mm, PondGard EPDM is a robust membrane with mechanical properties perfectly adapted to the stresses related to water storage. Its elasticity (>300%) and high flexibility (up to -45°C) allow it to adapt to the inevitable movements of the support and to the irregularities of the substrate (excellent resistance to punching) throughout its service life.

Easy and quick to install

The implementation and assembly of the PondGard EPDM membrane is extremely simple and allows for a perfect finish. The Elevate accessories and the flexibility of the membrane allow the most complex details to be sealed. No machinery is required and the number of joints is limited given the large size of the liners (from 93 m² to 930 m² ex-factory). Even after many years of use, PondGard EPDM membranes can be reassembled for any adaptation or repair of the pool.

Ecological

Chemically inert and resistant to algae and microorganisms, the PondGard EPDM membrane does not release chemicals into the environment. Tests carried out by the Water Research Centre (WRc) in the United Kingdom prove that it is compatible with aquatic fauna.
