EconoBead System

This kit allows the less handyman to install a filtration system very easily: it also allows professionals to install filtration very quickly and ready to operate. Everything is connected, it is only necessary to connect three pipes: the pipe 110 mm of the basin bung of the basin, the return pipe of water filtered towards the basin and finally the sewer pipe.

This installation rests on a base made of synthetic material which it is sufficient to place in the technical room: the basin must imperatively operate in gravity mode.

How does this equipment work?

Water flows from the basin to the pre-filter via the bottom drain and a 110 mm pipe. It penetrates the prefilter in which a grid retains the particles whose size is greater than 300 microns. A pump sucks pre-filtered water into the EconoBead.

The water rises from the bottom to the top of the filter, uniformly, slowly, through the beads that act as bacterial supports.

A multi-way valve allows washing, rinsing, filtration, recirculation, etc. Washing consists in circulating the water in the filter but in the opposite direction (backwashing) and by stirring the beads.

A blower (high volume air compressor) allows very aggressive agitation of the beads by injecting air into the filter. A purge valve allows the filter to be drained.

Characteristics

Two versions are available, here is the composition:

- EconoBead 50 or 60 filter with bypass.

- Midi Sieve prefilter (standard or high version).

- UVC AquaForte Power UV T5 40 or 75 Watt sterilizer.

Only three connections need to be connected: the inlet from the bottom drain / skimmer (110 mm), the return to the pool (63 mm) and the outlet (50 mm).

Pallet: 100 x 120 cm.

The kits are fully assembled: fixings, tubes, non-return valve and pallet included!
