Secoh pumps are suitable for various applications under the following conditions:

> Minimal energy consumption.

> Clean air without oil.

> An operation that is almost insufficient.

> Reduced and easy maintenance.

Principle of operation

The power supply of the electromagnets drives a permanent magnet in an oscillating motion.

The latter moves at the same frequency as the supply voltage, 50 or 60 Hz.

This reciprocating movement between the magnets actuates a membrane, changing the volume of the cavity containing the valves. By pressing back through the valves, pressure can be obtained.

Long service life: the simplicity of the mechanism and the small number of parts used guarantee a very long operating life.

Low noise level: the sound barrier and the built-in output significantly reduce the noise level.

Very low power consumption: the Secoh air pumps have a very low energy consumption.

High reliability: the principle of electromagnetic oscillation eliminates friction and therefore allows a very low power consumption and a high reliability.

Low vibration: the pump is insulated from its support by rubber antivibration pads.

Oil-free operation: oil-free operation ensures clean air.

Weather protection: the series of pumps is protected against the weather, however, they must not under any circumstances be directly exposed to sun, rain or snow.

Very low pulsation: thanks to the pump chamber and the labyrinth shock absorber specially integrated in the base, the expelled air is practically free of pulsation.

Universal maintenance kits: For each pump series, a repair kit is available. The parts are enclosed in an aluminum vacuum pouch for a longer life and storage.
