Secoh Discharge Valve

The Secoh relief valve is an overpressure protection device.

An overpressure often occurs when diffusers are clogged or when a main pipe is pinched or jammed ... This results in overpressure and unattended, the air pump or the compressor can be destroyed.

This valve evacuates air when the pressure exceeds 0,2 bar.

If this valve opens, there is a problem: the air pump is protected and you just have to find the cause of the problem.

It is possible to add a manometer which will indicate the pressure in the pipeline: but the manometer does not protect from an overpressure!
