Malamix 17: a care product of Dr. Maarten Lammens

This product contains 17 ingredients selected to promote the production of mucus and the stimulation of the Koi's immune system. Here is Dr. Lammens' explanation.

Why should we add Malamix 17 to the pond or pond?

In my practice as a veterinarian, I often see a defective mucosa (a lack of mucus, too thick, problematic consistency ...). When the mucosa is challenging (lack of antibodies), it goes without saying that your fish suffers from it and is at risk of a fatal illness.

Each pond / pond contains pathogens that affect fish. Optimal mucosa is essential for good fish health. It is essential for the well-being of your fish that you regularly add the Malamix 17 mixture in the pond or in the pond.

Malamix 17 therefore contains the ideal mixture of antibodies.

The antibodies are partially absorbed by the mucosa and partially filtered by the gills.

Malamix 17 provides the foundation for a healthy mucosa and contains the essential substances for the optimal and natural creation of antibodies.

In addition:

Malamix 17 also contains nutrients / enzymes that strongly promote nitrification of the biological filter and probiotics.

Malamix 17 improves the quality of the water and protects your fish against diseases.

When and how often can we add Malamix 17?

To obtain an optimum mucosa, a Malamix 17 bottle should be added every three months.

It is important that the water temperature is above 7 ° C.

Dosage of 1 liter for 10 m3

Malamix 17 is composed only of biological materials, so the danger of overdose is neglected. In addition, Malamix 17 is highly advisable after a chemical treatment against parasites or bacteria.

Malamix 17 is the ideal drug to rapidly revitalize the mucosa and improve the quality of the water.

The composition of Malamix 17

1. Aloë Vera

The Aloe Vera gel, extracted from the leaves of aloe vera, contains more than 200 nutrients including 20 minerals, 18 amino acids and 12 vitamins. The plant has properties that stimulate metabolism, increase resistance, support the immune system, reduce sensitivity to stress and give a feeling of well-being.

In 1968, American researchers made a remarkable discovery concerning the treatment of aloe vera: they develop a technique of extraction of the gel of the plant which allows them to stabilize naturally. With this process, the gel retains its excellent properties for many years. Forever Living Products has the right to use this unique process.

2. Propolis

Propolis has many therapeutic properties in part due to its high content of flavonoids, natural substances also present in vegetables and fruits.

It is a very good antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant. This natural resin is known to be very rich in organic acids, phenol acids, trace elements, vitamins ... Therefore, the use of propolis is advised to strengthen the immune defenses and restore vitality to the body in case of Intense fatigue. It is recommended to the fragile people to make a cure of propolis before the winter to strengthen the organism and to fight against the external aggressions.

3. Spirulina

Spirulina contains virtually all components of an ideal complete food: proteins in considerable proportion, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, pigments, trace elements and essential fatty acids. Moreover, unlike some other algae, it is easily edible.

4. Chlorella

Chlorella is appreciated for its richness in various nutrients (vitamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients ...) and especially for its high levels of chlorophyll and fibers which give it digestive properties, detoxifying (chelation of heavy metals) and re-balancing.

5. Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) helps the body in the production of collagen, a basic component of connective tissue. Vitamin C is also important in wound healing: curative as normal antihistamine, it promotes the formation of liver bile.

Collagen is an important structural component of bones and blood vessels. Vitamin C also acts as an antioxidant, (potentially harmful sweeping molecules) called free radicals: vitamin C neutralizes free radicals.

Vitamin C is more generally known to facilitate the function of the immune system. Vitamin C levels during the cold season can maintain a healthier environment when the immune system is weaker.

6. Vitamin A-D-E

Vitamin A stimulates the immune system. Vitamin D is involved in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. The vitamins E act essentially as antioxidants against the reactive oxygen derivatives produced in particular by the oxidation of the fatty acids.

 7. Calendula

Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, disinfectant, healing (promotes the formation of granulation tissue), hemostatic, antifungal, astringent. Sudorific, diuretic, depurative blood, immunostimulant.

8. Echinacea

Echinacea has the ability to strengthen the defenses of the body's immune system and help in the prevention of infections.

9. Curcuma

Turmeric is recognized in traditional medicines and in the West for its antioxidant properties. It helps the body fight stress and maintain the effectiveness of natural defenses.

It is probably the most powerful natural anti-inflammatory identified to date. It can also play a role in cancer prevention.

10. Inulin

Inulin is a probiotic: it stimulates the development of bacteria in the intestinal flora. Inulin increases resistance. In winter, fish are more active after the addition of inulin.

11. Ginger

Around forty antioxidant compounds have been discovered in ginger. Antioxidants are compounds that protect the body's cells from damage caused by free radicals.

The latter are very reactive molecules that would be involved in the development of cardiovascular diseases, certain cancers and other diseases related to aging. Ginger could stimulate bile secretion and the activity of different digestive enzymes allowing faster digestion of food.

12. Astaxanthin

Astaxanthin (dihydroxy-3,3'-dioxo-4,4'-beta-carotene) is a pigment of the carotenoid family. The colorations observed in crustaceans are due to chromoproteins of this pigment. This powerful antioxidant (100 x stronger than vitamin E) can be used as a dietary supplement in fish.

13. Gingko Biloba

Rich in flavonoids, ginkgo leaf extract is a powerful antioxidant with neuroprotective properties. This is why it is believed that it could have a beneficial effect in reducing the loss of functions related to aging.

There are many effects of ginkgo on the body. Among the effects observed are antioxidant activity, increased blood flow (especially cerebral), potentiation of neurotransmitters and modulation of glucose metabolism.

14. Eucalyptus

It is lent anti-bacterial, hypoglycemic (to reduce the sugar concentration), antiseptic and its leaves are always used in pharmacy (liquid extract, dye, gasoline).

15. Ginseng

Ginseng is primarily a stimulant of the nervous system, physical and increases physical resistance. It is a vasomotor stimulant, it has a fundamental action on the organism. It is appreciated for its adaptive nature: it allows a better resistance to various stresses. Ginseng has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

16. Nutrients / enzymes for nitrification

Nitrification is the biological process by which nitrates are produced in the environment. This is done in two distinct stages, each under the action of different micro-organisms.

Step 1: Ammonia is oxidized to nitrite, it is nitrite, also called nitrosation. Step 2: Nitrite is oxidized to nitrate, it is nitration.

17. Probiotics

Probiotics are microorganisms, which are believed to have a beneficial effect on the health of the host. Probiotics eat the same food as pathogenic bacteria. They therefore have direct anti-pathogenic effects by competition against pathogens.

They prevent the adhesion of pathogens to the intestinal walls and also in the environment.
